Simply request assets 1031 Supply has available and review what mineral assets fit your 1031 Exchange needs.
Once a mineral asset has been picked, a PSA will be signed by both parties. A Mineral & Royalty Deed will then be drafted and approved before being sent to the county the property is for recording.
The deeded property will be sent to the new owner and the Operator of the wells will be notified of the interest transfer. The new owner will then start receiving checks from the operator for their royalty payments.
